GREEN OLYMPIAD

This event is commenced with its first round at the school level where coordinators visit different schools to select 3 students from std 3 to 5, 3 students from std 6 to 8, and 2 students from std 9 and 10, from each school by conducting a test. The second round is conducted in college campus where all the selected students represent their school in a technically written quiz competition.From these,10 schools are selected from each class section to compete each other in final spoken buzzer quiz round.

GENERAL RULES:

• This events is for the students of class 6 - 10.
• The topic for the quiz is Science, Mathematics & Aptitude.
• There will be 2 rounds.

MCQ ROUND:

• The MCQ round will be held in the respective schools.
• OMR sheet will be given to each students in which they have to give the test.
• The top 2 qualifying students from each school will qualify for the final round, i.e. the BUZZER round.

BUZZER ROUND:

• The BUZZER round will be held in B.I.T Sindri.
• All the selected students will represent their respective school.
• The further rules of this round will be notified to the selected candidates in the venue of the event.

JUDGING CRITERIA:

• The team with the highest score will be the winner.
• The decision made by the organising committee will be considered final in case of discordance.

PRIZE:

• The winner teams will be awarded with goodies and certificates.
• All the other teams will be provided with Certificate of Participation.
