We had Sublime responses for the AAKRITI CAD competition with 100+ entries flourishing from all over India. Every entry provided to us speaks volumes about the effort and astute thinking that went into their creation. After winding up, at the inauguration ceremony, Pranav Sir, the primary CAD tutor for the seven days, took over. He started with his introduction, from where we got to know about his vast experiences and tight grip in the designing field. After that he made us feel comfortable with the user interface of the AUTODESK FUSION 360 software. He provided us with a brief overview of AUTODESK FUSION 360 and did not let any doubts prevail in the minds of the students.
Participants had to submit their 3D CAD Models in .rar format, along with top, bottom, side, exploded and isometric views of the designs in "jpeg" or ".webp" format through the google drive link. Problem statements were designed considering the present scenario and needs in innovation. The submission of designs started on 5th May and the link was closed on 18th May. The event was a huge success with participation coming from all over India from different reputed colleges like VIT, KIIT, NIT Durgapur, BIT Mesra, and many more. Around 100+ entries were received and about 50+ entries were selected to be posted in MES BIT Sindri's social media handles. The event brought creative thinking and design skills on a single stage and helped to bring out solutions for the present challenges and lift us on a ride to future evolution.

The event brought ample opportunities for participants to showcase their creative ability and skills in CAD designing and understanding of the present problems and vision of their solutions. This event also offers a prize worth Rs.7K to be distributed among the Top-3 winners. With the successful completion of "AAKRITI-211, it's time for the result of this insightful event.
